Meet Sophie

Our talent in training and a dedicated gym-goer. Coming from a true physiotherapy family, Sophie is following in her parents’ footsteps. She is completing the final stretch of her studies at FYSIOPLAN.
Alongside her internship she works as a sports instructor and teaches group classes; if anyone knows how to get people moving, it is Sophie. Her passion for the profession is clearly visible: she loves seeing clients regain confidence in their bodies and grow both physically and mentally during their programme.
