In many cases treatments are then (partly) reimbursed by your health insurer.
We have no contracts with:
• CZ
• Nationale-Nederlanden
As a result, you may pay part of the treatment yourself.
Do you have no supplementary insurance, or has your reimbursement for this year run out?

You may therefore receive an invoice under that name.
