Soms speelt vermoeidheid of een periode van hoge belasting mee: denk aan veel achter de computer zitten, een hoge werkdruk en\/of spanning.<br \/>\nBij FYSIOPLAN zien we acute nekpijn dagelijks terug als een van de meest voorkomende klachten.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"1275\">Veel mensen denken dat hun slaaphouding de boosdoener is, maar dat klopt meestal niet. Hoe je ligt zegt namelijk weinig over het ontstaan van nekklachten. In een van onze <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C7RgOgDirYi\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&amp;igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1200\">Instagram-posts<\/a> leggen we uit waarom slaaphouding meestal niet de oorzaak is van nekklachten.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1720\">De spieren en gewrichten in je nek raken door overbelasting of irritatie stijf en pijnlijk, wat zorgt voor een beperkte beweeglijkheid.<br data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1415\" \/>Bij veel mensen spannen de nekspieren zich reflexmatig aan om verdere belasting te voorkomen. Die natuurlijke beschermingsreactie voelt pijnlijk en stijf aan, maar is meestal tijdelijk. Toch is het belangrijk om er niet te lang mee rond te lopen: hoe eerder je de oorzaak aanpakt, hoe sneller je herstelt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1720\">\n<p data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"1008\">\ud83d\udca1 <em data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1149\">Wist je dat ongeveer 70% van de mensen ooit nekpijn ervaart? Volledige rust vertraagt het herstel. Kleine, gecontroleerde bewegingen stimuleren juist de doorbloeding en zorgen dat de spieren sneller ontspannen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2299\">Bij <strong data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2029\">FYSIOPLAN<\/strong>\u00a0kijken we niet alleen naar waar het pijn doet, maar vooral <em data-start=\"2089\" data-end=\"2097\">waarom<\/em>. Tijdens de eerste afspraak onderzoeken we welke factoren jouw herstel kunnen vertragen: houding, spierspanning, stress of een verkeerde belasting.<br data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2248\" \/>Op basis daarvan maken we een persoonlijk plan met:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2301\" data-end=\"2595\">\n<li data-start=\"2301\" data-end=\"2409\">\n<p data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2409\"><strong data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2324\">Hands-on therapie<\/strong> zoals mobilisaties en myofasciale technieken om de spanning in de nekspieren te verminderen en de beweeglijkheid te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2481\">\n<p data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2481\"><strong data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2438\">Gerichte oefentherapie<\/strong> voor het verminderen van pijn en verbeteren van bewegen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2482\" data-end=\"2595\">\n<p data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2595\"><strong data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2504\">Praktisch advies<\/strong> over belasting, werkhouding en dagelijkse activiteiten, zodat je herstel niet stagneert.<\/p>\n<p>Herstel kan niet worden versneld, maar wel vertraagd. Dit noemen we het <em data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"601\">normale beloop<\/em>. In deze periode neemt de stijfheid geleidelijk af en kun je je dagelijkse activiteiten meestal weer goed hervatten.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"1093\">Toch verloopt herstel niet bij iedereen hetzelfde. Onderzoek laat zien dat <strong data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"825\">50 tot 85% van de mensen<\/strong> binnen vijf jaar opnieuw nekklachten ervaart of de klachten nooit helemaal kwijtraakt. Dat betekent dat een deel van de mensen te maken krijgt met terugkerende of aanhoudende pijn, vaak doordat de belasting, stress of spierspanning blijft bestaan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1332\">Wanneer de pijn na twee tot drie weken niet merkbaar afneemt, juist verergert of je twijfelt over je herstel, is het verstandig om dit tijdig te laten beoordelen. Dat helpt om een vertraagd herstel vroeg te herkennen en te voorkomen dat de klachten chronisch worden.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                \n                \n            <\/div>\n
